Cancellation, Refund, and Financing Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on cancellations and refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any Items, Services, Treatments, Products, and / or Packages that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Goods refer to the Items, Services, Treatments, Products, and / or Packages offered for sale on the Service as well as in person.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our customers at OM Laser & Wellness, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $50 if an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

  • Any Items, Services, Treatments, Products, and / or Packages that warrants a Company Override for a Refund will be reimbursed minus a 6% processing fee.
  • If the entire invoice is paid with Repeat Cash, it cannot be refunded. If other payment methods are used alongside RepeatMD Cash, only those non-RMD amounts can be refunded.

Financing Policy

  • A Cherry Processing Fee will be added to Cherry Financed Transactions during the checkout process. Depending on the qualifications of the applicant, this amount can be 4.5% or 10%.
