At the heart of OM Laser & Wellness is Dr. Heather Guntherberg, a healthcare professional whose approach brings together more than two decades of medical experience, advanced laser training, and a deep commitment to whole-person wellness.
Heather holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and is Board Certified in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS). Her clinical background gives her a strong foundation in patient assessment, medication and health considerations, safety, and individualized care.
She is also a Certified Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer, with specialized training in aesthetic laser technologies. This combination of medical knowledge and laser-specific expertise allows OM Laser & Wellness to approach aesthetic treatments from a healthcare perspective—not simply a cosmetic one.
Her professional training also extends beyond conventional medicine. Heather is an E-RYT 200 yoga instructor and a certified meditation teacher, reflecting her belief that wellness encompasses more than what we see on the outside.

Meet Jonathan Frank
Specialized expertise in laser tattoo removal
OM Laser & Wellness's commitment to advanced laser care extends beyond technology itself. Jonathan Frank, OM's Laser Tattoo Removal Specialist and Co-Creator, brings specialized education and hands-on clinical training specifically focused on tattoo removal.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Belmont University and pursued additional specialized education at New Look Laser College, where he trained specifically in laser tattoo removal.
His training includes clinical experience with tattoo removal and specialized instruction on PicoWay, the advanced picosecond laser technology used at OM Laser & Wellness for tattoo removal.
Jonathan has also completed clinical training on the various laser and aesthetic technologies utilized throughout the practice. He is a Certified Laser Technician (CLT) and Laser Safety Officer, bringing both technical knowledge and a strong focus on safe, responsible laser treatment.

Dr. Jon R. Gray serves as Medical Director of OM Laser & Wellness, bringing more than 20 years of clinical, leadership, and preventive medicine experience to the practice.
Board-certified in Preventive and Occupational Medicine, Dr. Gray earned his MD from the Uniformed Services University and his Master of Public Health from the University of Texas Medical Branch. His extensive career includes work with the U.S. military, FAA, NASA, and White House Medical Unit.
At OM, Dr. Gray provides medical oversight with a focus on patient safety, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and the responsible use of advanced technologies.
